Applications are invited Online from qualified candidates through the proforma Application to be made available on Commission’s WEBSITE (www.tspsc.gov.in) to thepost of Trained Graduate Teachers in Residential Educational Institutions Societies

i. Submission of ONLINE applications from Dt. 18/04 /2017
ii. Last date for submission of ONLINE applications Dt. 04/05/2017
iii. Hall Tickets can be downloaded 07 days before commencement of Examination.
iv. The question paper of Preliminary (Screening Test) and Main examination will be supplied in English version only except languages.

The Preliminary (Screening Test) is likely to be held on Dt. 28/05/2017 and the Main Examination (Objective Type) is likely to be held on June. The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective type.

Before applying for the posts, candidates shall register themselves as per the One
Time Registration (OTR) through the Official Website of TSPSC. Those who have
registered in OTR already shall apply by login to their profile using their TSPSC ID and
Date of Birth as provided in OTR.

3) The candidates who possess requisite qualification may apply online by satisfying themselves about the terms and conditions of this recruitment. The details of vacanciesare given below:-

Trained Graduate Teacher EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University/ Institution as detailed below or equivalent thereto, as specified in the relevant Bye Laws/ Service Regulations, indented by the Residential Educational Institutions Societies as on the Date of Notification.

Academic Qualifications

  • B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 50% of marks, 45% for SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates
    AND
    Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course with the subject concerned as a methodology subject from any institution recognized by the NCTE
OR
  • 4 years B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed, with atleast 50% marks with the subject concerned as a Methodology, 45% SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates
OR
  • Graduation with Language concerned as one of the Optional subjects (OR) Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent) (OR) Graduation in Literature (OR) Post Graduation in Language concerned from a University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% AND Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed. with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies from any Institution recognized by NCTE, in respect of Language Teachers. 45% for SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates
    AND
    Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)
    Note: 20% of weightage will be given to TET Paper-II score and 80% weightage to the written test conducted by TSPSC. In case of APTET, scores obtained before the appointed day i.e, 02-06-2014 shall only be considered.
Candidates with the following conditions are only eligible
  • Academic degree of Universities recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).
    Teacher Education courses recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
  • The Candidates who have obtained Degrees through Open Universities and Deemed Universities/Distance Education mode are required to have recognition by the University Grants Commission, Distance Education Council (DEC), All India Council for Technical Education and with jurisdiction to operate such courses in the State of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh as case may be. Unless such Degrees have been recognized by the
    relevant statutory Authority, they will not be accepted for purpose of Educational Qualification. The onus of proof of recognition by the relevant Statutory Authority that their Degrees/ Universities have been recognized rests with the Candidate.
  • Teacher Eligibility Test (TET): The candidates should have passed paper-II of State TET / Paper-II of CTET. Candidates applying with CTET, Paper-II qualification should have opted with Telugu/Urdu/Hindi as one of the language in CTET.

    Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with Sanskrit as the main Subject from an Institution recognized by UGC

  7. TGT (Physical Science) :
    Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with atleast two of the following subjects as Optional subjects: Physics/ Applied Physics/Engineering Physics and Instrumentation & Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Geology
    (OR) either Physics/Its allied subjects or Chemistry/ its allied subjects as one the main subjects and other as subsidiary/ Ancillary subject from a University recognized by UGC
    AND
    B.Ed. with Physical Science /Physics /Chemistry/Science as a methodology subject from an institution recognized by NCTE
  8. TGT (Biological Science) :
    Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with Botany and Zoology as optional subjects
    (OR) one of the two as main and other as subsidiary subject
    (OR) any two of other allied subjects viz. Public Health/Human Genetics/Genetics/Bio Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences/ Micro-Biology/ Biotechnology/Industrial Micro-Biology/ Agriculture/Food Technology/ Fisheries/ Nutrition/ Geology from a University recognized by UGC
    AND
    B.Ed. with Biological Science/Natural Sciences/Science/Botany/Zoology as a Methodology subject from an institution recognized by NCTE
  9. TGT (Science) :
    Candidates with the qualifications mentioned at Sl.No.7
    OR Sl.No.8 i.e., TGT (Physical Science)

  10. TGT (Social Studies) :

    2) B.Com from an institution recognized by UGC.
    AND
    B.Ed Degree with Social Studies / Social Sciences /Geography / History/ Politics / Political Science / Economics as a Methodology subject from an institution recognized by NCTE

Trained Graduate Teacher AGE Limit :

Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44* years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2017
(Rule- 12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).

Trained Graduate Teacher FEE:

(Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay RS. 120/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee. However, the following category of candidates belonging to Telangana State only are exempted from payment of Examination fee.
a) SC, ST, BC & PH.
b) Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed).
N.B.:- BC’s, SC’s and ST’s belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Application processing Fee and Examination Fee and they are not entitled for any kind of reservation.
  Mode of Payment of Fee:
The Fee mentioned at Para-I(6)(a) is to be paid online through SBI ePay duly following online instructions once the application form details are submitted by filling TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars.
The fee once remitted, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee, application fee, wherever applicable will entail total rejection of application. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee is given in
