TSSPDCL Sub Engineer (Electrical) Exam Pattern 2016

The test will be of objective type with multiple -choice questions with only one answer being correct among the four alternatives suggested.

The test is of two hours duration. The date and time will be indicated on the Hall ticket. Candidates should reach the test center in time. The candidates have to report 30 Minutes before the exam time at the examination venue. Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall after the test has started and will not be permitted to leave examination hall before the closure of test time under any circumstances. The candidates shall appear for written

examination at their own cost.

A separate O M R (Optical mark Reader) answer sheet will be provided to the candidates. The candidate has to indicate his response to each question by darkening the appropriate bubble with a Black /Blue Ball Point pen. No

corrections with white fluid will be permitted.

The candidate has to bring a good quality Black /Blue Ball Point pen to the examination hall

Usage of Calculators/mathematical tables is not permitted. Candidates should not bring cell phones or any other electronic gadgets to the examination hall.

TSPSC HMWSSB Recruitment 2016 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess ITI Draughtsman in Civil Trade for Technican (Civil), ITI in the Electrical Trade for Technician (Electrical) and ITI in the Mechanical Trade for Technician (Mechanical). Candidates should have 2 years of experience in relevant experience.

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 44 years as on 01-07-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 3 years for Ex-servicemen and NCC Candidates and 5 years for SC/ ST/ BC candidates.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on written, medical examination & interview.

TS Police Constable Events Selection Procedure Recruitment Process

TS Police Constable Events Selection Procedure Recruitment Process Preliminary Written Test Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Final Written Examination.

The Selection Procedure/Scheme of the Exam will be done in 4 Stages

Preliminary Written Examination
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Final Written Examination.

TS Police Constable Preliminary Written Test

TS Police Constable Preliminary Written Test Syllabus

Candidates applied for the various posts, shall be required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test in one paper (three hours duration) for 200 marks.

Questions in written test will be objective and candidate ca n choose any one from English, Telugu and Urdu languages. Candidates have to answer the questions on an OMR answer sheet using Blue / Black Ball Point pen only.

The minimum marks to be secured by the candidates in order to qualify in the Preliminary Written Test in the paper

OC – 40%

BC – 35%

SCs/STs/Ex-Servicemen – 30%

TS Police Constable Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Candidates qualified in the preliminary written test have to under go Physical Measurements Test (PMT) and should meet the following requirements.

For Men Constable (Civil, AR, SAR CPL, Special Police, SPF, Fireman)

Height : Must not be less than 167.6 cms.
Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.

For Women Constable (Civil, AR)

Height: Must not be less than 152.5 cms

Candidates belonging to ST and aboriginal tribes in the agency areas of Mahaboobnagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam districts should meet the following requirements

For Men Constable (Civil, AR, SAR CPL, Special Police, SPF, Fireman)
- Height: Must not be less than 160 cms.
- Chest: Must not be less than 80 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 3 cms.
For Women Constable (Civil, AR)
Height: Must not be less than 150 cms

TS Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Events

- 100 Meters Run : 15 Marks
  Qualifying Time for
  General : 15 Seconds
  Ex-Servicemen : 16.5 Seconds
- Long Jump : 15 Marks
  Qualifying Distance for
  General : 3.80 meters
  Ex-Servicemen : 3.65 meters
- Shot put (7.26 Kgs) : 15 Marks
  Qualifying Distance for
  General : 5.60 meters
  Ex-Servicemen : 5.60 meters
- High Jump : 15 Marks
  Qualifying Distance for
  General : 1.20 meters
  Ex-Servicemen : 1.05 meters
Candidates must qualify in all the 5 events of PET carrying 75 maximum marks

For Women Constable (Civil, AR)

Candidates must qualify in any of the 2 events out of the 3 events of the Physical Efficiency Test

100 Meters Run Qualifying Time is 20 Seconds (Compulsory) : 25 Marks
Long Jump Qualifying Distance is 2.5 Meters : 25 Marks
Shot Put (4 Kgs) Qualifying Distance is 3.75 Meters : 25 Marks

Candidates must qualify in all the 3 events of the PET carrying 75 maximum marks

Candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test will be required to appear for a final written examination (three hours duration) as given below.

Constable (Civil and Fireman) : 200 Marks
Constable (AR, SAR CPL, Special Police, SPF) : 100 Marks

Weightage Marks

For Constable (Armed Reserved) :

As 31st December 2015, Candidates who possess Light Motor Vehicle/Transport Vehicle license, will be given weightage marks in the final selection

Light Motor Vehicle license : 2 years and below three years : 3 marks.
Light Motor Vehicle license : 3 years and above : 5 marks.
Transport Vehicle license (HTV/HMV) : 1 year and above : 6 marks.
