TSSPDCL Sub Engineer (Electrical) Exam Pattern 2016

The test will be of objective type with multiple -choice questions with only one answer being correct among the four alternatives suggested.
The test is of two hours duration. The date and time will be indicated on the Hall ticket. Candidates should reach the test center in time. The candidates have to report 30 Minutes before the exam time at the examination venue. Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall after the test has started and will not be permitted to leave examination hall before the closure of test time under any circumstances. The candidates shall appear for written
examination at their own cost.
A separate O M R (Optical mark Reader) answer sheet will be provided to the candidates. The candidate has to indicate his response to each question by darkening the appropriate bubble with a Black /Blue Ball Point pen. No
corrections with white fluid will be permitted.
The candidate has to bring a good quality Black /Blue Ball Point pen to the examination hall
Usage of Calculators/mathematical tables is not permitted. Candidates should not bring cell phones or any other electronic gadgets to the examination hall.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should possess ITI Draughtsman in Civil Trade for Technican (Civil), ITI in the Electrical Trade for Technician (Electrical) and ITI in the Mechanical Trade for Technician (Mechanical). Candidates should have 2 years of experience in relevant experience.

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 44 years as on 01-07-2015. Age relaxation is applicable upto 3 years for Ex-servicemen and NCC Candidates and 5 years for SC/ ST/ BC candidates.

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on written, medical examination & interview.

TS Police Constable Events Selection Procedure Recruitment Process Preliminary Written Test Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Final Written Examination.

The Selection Procedure/Scheme of the Exam will be done in 4 Stages

  1. Preliminary Written Examination
  2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
  3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  4. Final Written Examination.

TS Police Constable Preliminary Written Test

TS Police Constable Preliminary Written Test Syllabus

Candidates applied for the various posts, shall be required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test in one paper (three hours duration) for 200 marks.
Questions in written test will be objective and candidate ca n choose any one from English, Telugu and Urdu languages. Candidates have to answer the questions on an OMR answer sheet using Blue / Black Ball Point pen only.
 The minimum marks to be secured by the candidates in order to qualify in the Preliminary Written Test in the paper
is
OC – 40%
BC – 35%
SCs/STs/Ex-Servicemen – 30%

TS Police Constable Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Candidates qualified in the preliminary written test have to under go Physical Measurements Test (PMT) and should meet the following requirements.
For Men Constable (Civil, AR, SAR CPL, Special Police, SPF, Fireman)
  • Height : Must not be less than 167.6 cms.
  • Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 cms round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.

For Women Constable (Civil, AR)

  • Height: Must not be less than 152.5 cms
Candidates belonging to ST and aboriginal tribes in the agency areas of Mahaboobnagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam districts should meet the following requirements

    • Height: Must not be less than 160 cms.
